Ideal for Couples Seeking Comfort

The room I stayed in was very clean and had a spacious feel, which gave me plenty of room to breathe. The staff was super friendly and genuinely cared about my experience-even offering a sleep kit that was surprisingly helpful.

It wasn't exactly cheap, but overall acceptable.

Great location, quiet, clean and great breakfast

We felt safe and thought the room was comfortable.

We were charged an extra $35.00 on our card and do not know why. There was nothing on Booked.net that explained there would be this charge. That made the night $185.

the bathroom could use a deep clean. but the breakfast was pretty good with fresh fruits and hot waffles. also, the pool was a nice size with a hot tub to relax in! loved how clean the room was!

No room for a roll away. No maid service on the second day. Because we used Booked.net, the hotel said they could not adjust the rate because of no maid service on the second day. They said we could sleep five in the room, but it was uncomfortable because of no roll-away.

Location : the hotel was really close to Dubuque for an one night stay, Close to many restaurants and Texas Roadhouse. The bed and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, the room was neat.

I loved the cozy vibe of my King Room Non-Smoking! The comfortable bedding made for a dreamy night's sleep, and I genuinely appreciated the smart TV that allowed me to stream all my favorites. Plus, the breakfast spread was a good way to start the day, with hot options that hit the spot!

I had a very nice stay at this well-appointed and wonderful hotel. Spotless room which had climate control, pay TV and a writing desk. The location seemed favourable close to good places to eat. And it was also near to Close to the mall as well as 10 different restaurants and Retail stores😃

Good location

We were next to the elevator which was extremely noisy. The hallway smelt smokey and the smell came under the hall door. The sheets were scratchy. Made my daughter and I itch most of the night.

The decor is bright and inviting. The spacious common areas are perfect for relaxation.

Could improve breakfast variety for healthier options.

The king room was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast included a lovely fruit salad of blueberries, strawberries, orange segments, pineapple, and melon that was perfectly ripe...in late December.
